At GRACE Tactics, our desire is to help couples break free from recurring conflict and build vibrant, Christ-centered marriages. We want you to feel confident when purchasing our resources and services.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing are handled for our digital products, applications, memberships, and coaching services.

1. GRACE Tactics Digital Book

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of the GRACE Tactics digital book.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.

To request a refund, simply email [email protected] with your name, the email address used at checkout, and your order information.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

You do not need to return or explain why you are requesting a refund.

Refund requests received more than 30 days after purchase are generally not eligible, except where required by applicable law.

2. Complimentary Digital Bonuses

Certain GRACE Tactics purchases include complimentary resources, such as:

-The GRACE Tactics audiobook

-The Vibrant Marriage Date Night Kit

-Other promotional resources identified at checkout

These complimentary resources have no separate cash value and are not individually refundable.

If you receive a refund for a qualifying purchase, your license to use the associated complimentary resources may also end.

3. Digital Applications and One-Time App Purchases

GRACE Tactics may offer optional digital applications, including the Vibrant Marriage App and other interactive relationship resources.

For applications purchased directly through our website, refund eligibility will follow the refund terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party marketplace, refund requests may need to be submitted directly to the marketplace under its applicable policies.

Refund approval and processing for marketplace purchases are subject to the marketplace's rules and applicable law.

4. GRACE Tactics Memberships

Cancel Anytime

GRACE Tactics may offer optional memberships with recurring monthly or other subscription payments.

Membership subscriptions renew automatically at the price and frequency disclosed during enrollment until canceled.

You may cancel your membership at any time through the available account cancellation process or by contacting [email protected].

When you cancel:

-Future recurring charges will stop.

-Your membership access will generally continue through the end of your current paid billing period.

-Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already processed.

-Membership fees are generally nonrefundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by law or where a different refund offer was disclosed at enrollment.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us so we can review the situation.

5. Marriage Coaching Services

Marriage coaching involves scheduled appointments and reserved time.

Refunds, rescheduling, missed appointments, and cancellation requirements for coaching services will be governed by the separate coaching agreement provided before enrollment.

Any applicable coaching refund or cancellation terms will be disclosed before payment.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you have been charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or billed after properly canceling a subscription, please contact us.

We will review the transaction and correct verified billing errors as appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights to dispute unauthorized charges or exercise protections provided by applicable law.

7. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment processor.

We cannot guarantee the exact date funds will become available after a refund has been initiated.

8. Special Promotions and Offers

Occasionally, GRACE Tactics may offer promotional bundles, discounted products, or limited-time offers.

Any refund conditions specific to those promotions will be clearly disclosed at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, this Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Where applicable law provides additional refund, cancellation, or billing protections, those requirements will apply.
